So, Lanvin lands in our H&M stores 9am Tuesday morning and mass chaos has been predicted. Sadly, or luckily, which ever way you choose to look at it, they are opening their doors BEFORE payday for me. Had they waited a few days then I might have joined the crowds for this gorgeous tulle dress and necklace combo, parting with the best part of £200. As my housemate so wistfully put it... "what else are overdrafts for?" She's right you know.....

I am as much terrified by Rachel Zoe as I am in awe of her. Her attitude scares the life out of me, but at the same time I have a huge desire to assist her! After getting a little bit too addicted to The Rachel Zoe Project I have since had the urge to rock up at her house and demand a job! Aware of how unlikely this situation is, I instead spend my time perving on her choice of fur/boho maxi/oversized sunnies combo..

Something's Missing..

New Priorities

Since moving into our cushty new flat I find myself lusting over grown up things like furniture and useless room "accessories" like hooks and candles! I have sudden urges to buy stuff I never before knew existed, for example today I am adamant I NEED to own a coat stand.. for no reason other than it looks so cuteee!

Primarni Dream

So, as I have previously mentioned, i am already wishing the sun away in anticipation of the new Autumn/Winter collections. An array of fair-isle knits is getting me particularly excited as are the shearing aviator jackets and heeled hiking boots. The Good news is I can stop panicking about how I''m going to afford my new winter wardrobe on my intern wage.... Primark are launching there winter collection mid August- beginning September! I am willing to queue outside Oxford Street for these beauties!

The Book Of Looks..

I love flicking through lookbook, but sometimes I am left wondering just who took the pictures! What happens if you're home all alone and suddenly realise you are wearing an amazingly cool outfit which will fit perfectly amongst your online collection? Do you risk looking slightly vain and start taking pictures of yourself on self timer or carefully posed mirror shots, or do you pop next door and slip your neighbough a cheeky fiver for a couple of snaps? And then there's the ones taken in the woods, in a forest which looks miles away from any form of humanity, who do you drag there to take a picture of you looking like your just "hanging out" in your best clobber, What about the shot with you walking down the road, eyes down "unaware" of the camera snapping away. Are they planned?! I'd like very much for them to be "coincidental" but I can't imagine that's the case! Either way, I'm still addicted to the site, and these are my faves from today..
